Error description

• WSDL should be retrievable from Schema Library whenever it is
  retrievable with a web browser.
  
  It would seem that IBM Rational Integration Tester will not
  exercise blind trust when retrieving a WSDL.

Problem conclusion

• Rational Integration Tester version 8.5.1.1 has been enhanced to
  trust the identity of all servers when synchronizing WSDL.
