• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When executing tests in parallel, which submits JMS messages to
  a queue, we notice that RIT creates 3 connections and with only
  one of the connections having 3 producers, while the other 2
  connections do not have any producers.  In that case the other 2
  connections are obsolete.

Problem conclusion

• This problem was caused by a race condition in the code that was
  causing too many connections to be opened.  These are now reused
  correctly and fewer connections will be created.
