PM88224: enabling DCNs has a large impact on performance when saving large changes

Error description

• If DCNs are enabled on a DB, the saving performance when saving
  a module containing lots of changes, will be seriously affected.
  
  Saving without DCNs enabled is almost instant on a test setup,
  regardless of the size of the edit.
  
  The figures below are the save time having edited a single
  attribute in the given number of objects.
  
  10,000 edits - 203s
  5,000 edits - 74s
  1,000 edits - 12s
  
  This was introduced in v9.4.

Problem conclusion

• The code has been changed so that the performance is now improve
  d in this scenario.
  
  So. in order to avoid the performance impact of enabling the DCN
   service, upgrade the Rational DOORS client and database server
  to version 9.5.2 or later
