Error description

• In the Help page User options for locales we state:
  Date display and input format
  The default date format used by Rational DOORS is
  derived from the short date and time format used by Windows in
  your
  current locale. You can select
  from any of the date and time input formats and display formats
  that
  are available in your current locale.
  
  This is not accurate.  If the date does not include the time,
  the
  default format is the LONG date format.  The short one is only
  used if
  the date includes the time.  The documentation should be fixed
  to
  reflect this.
