PM86554: oleActivate DXL perm won't activate ole

Error description

• The oleActivate DXL perm does not active an OLE object in a
  column if the object contains object text.

  The oleActivate DXL perm does not active an OLE object in a
  column if the object contains object text instead it threw
  the error "OLE index specified is invalid"
  

Problem conclusion

• Root Cause:
  The index of the ole object to be activated was validated
  for correctness prior to activation. But the validation
  function was verifying the ole's in object text attribute
  rather the attribute corresponding to the column. For
  example, if i had one ole as a part of my object text and
  two other oles in a column whose attribute definition is
  text then the perm oleActivate(current Object, column 2, 1)
  would fail because the ole index is verified on the object
  text (which is 1) rather than the attribute pointed by the
  column (which is 2).
  
  Fix:
  The index of OLE objects in the attribute pointed by the
  column is validated now.
