PM86241: CCz: rccbuild.exe can not work with @filename with pathname

Error description

When you are running an rccbuild in IBM Rational ClearCase Z
(Mainframe Connectors), you will receive an error when there is
an @filename for input_file argument.

For example: ?rccbuild.exe -h xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx@3607 -au hkl12 -ap
******** -c LE -k UTF-8 -ke IBM-949 -r IBM-933 -V -V -V -T 30 -n
0 -b UPLOAD -i F:\Views\viewname\vob\dir1\@filename.ext
RCCE-150 '@filename.ext' should not be preceded with any path
for -i or -d

Local fix

Problem summary

rccbuild.exe can not upload @filename with pathname (such as
c:\\\dir1\dir2\@filelist.lst) to mainframe. A syntax error is
displayed.

Problem conclusion

A fix is available in ClearCase versions 7.1.2.12, 8.0.0.8 and
8.0.1.1
