PM86066: Rational Developer for System z (RDz) : LPEX editor wrongly shows tip-presentation of variable values

• Rational Developer for System z - v8.0.3.1
  
  Description :
  Some variable values in 'HTML/XML'-syntax are not correctly
  shown in the LPEX editor when hovering the variable with the
  mouse.
  It seems that the masking of the value in the tool-tip has a
  problem.
  The values should be shown in the tool-tip as it is and not
  unmasked. The Cobol editor shows the values correctly (without
  unmasking them).
  
  Steps to reproduce :
  In a cobol file, add a variable with the followings :
   01 test-vara.
  
        05  constante1-GT           PIC X(04) VALUE '?gt;'.
  
        05  constante1-LT            PIC X(04) VALUE '?lt;'.
  
        05  constante1-AMP         PIC X(05) VALUE '?amp;'.
  
        05  constante1-QUOT       PIC X(06) VALUE '?quot;'.
  
        05  constante1-APOS       PIC X(06) VALUE '?apos;'.
  
  Then you open this .cbl file with the LPEX editor and when
  hovering the variable with the mouse, it opens a tool-tip with
  the unmasked value (?apos excepted).
  When you open this file with the Cobol editor, all values remain
  masked.
