  Problem Description:
  
  Any PDF OLEs insterted into DOORS with Adobe Reader installed on
  the system, is not opening when you have any other PDF
  reader/Viewer.
  
  You get a error: 'This OLE can not be activated because its
  associated application is not available'
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  
  1. Open DOORS and insert any PDF as OLE while you have Adobe
  Reader installed.
  2. Now try to activate the same OLE from a different Client,
  with any other PDF Reader like PDF Xchange Viewer.
  3. You will get the error
  4. The same error is seen if you uninstall Adobe Reader on the
  system that was used to insert the OLE and install PDF Xchange
  Viewer.
  
  Workaround:
  
  Either install Adobe Reader or Insert the PDF OLEs again without
  Adobe Reader being installed.

  other PDF reader/Viewer. This restriction was not documented
  in the Rational DOORS Information center.
  

Problem conclusion

• The following restriction has been added to the Rational
  DOORS 9.5.1 Information Center.
  
  Restriction: If you insert a PDF as an OLE object in a
  module and your system is associated with Adobe Reader, an
  error is displayed if other users try to open the PDF on
  computers that are associated with other PDF readers, such
  as the PDF-XChange Viewer. The following error is displayed:
  This OLE can not be activated because its associated
  application is not available. To avoid this problem, insert
  the PDF on a computer that is not associated with a PDF
  reader.
