  The showServerNameChangesDialog() perm should to be added to
  the DXL reference manual.
  I feel it should also be documented in the "Configuring the
  Rational DOORS server"
  section for Integrating -? Rational Quality Manager in the
  DOORS Info Center
  as this pertains to adding/removing RQM server info to the
  list of Remote Services for the DOORS database.
