PM84938: Export to Word with custom template issue with font style

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When exporting a module to Word and a custom template is used,
  the normal style for object text is not used from the template.

  Text styles from the template were not being used for
  export,  instead the defaults from normal.dot were used.
  

Problem conclusion

• Changes to avoid duplicated template content stopped the
  template styles getting applied.  Now corrected for both
  issues.
