Error description

• Problem
  DOORS license not kept for complete DWA user session
  
  To Reproduce
  - set up DWA
  - use license file which only contains DOORS floating licenses
  - start DWA, log in as any user and do some actions e.g. browing
  through projects, open module, edit module
  
  Expected Results
  - DOORS license should be checked-out at session begin and only
  be returned after log out
  
  Actual Results
  - License seems only be checked-out for certain actions and then
  released straight away
  
  Possible Workarounds
  Use DWA licenses instead
