Error description

  • If RDS 5.2.0.2 is installed on Linux 64 bit operating system
(which also has DOORS server installed on it) and if DOORS
Server is attempted to start users may observe the following
error message. However, the DOORS server will start
successfully.

Problem summary


    

  • Problem was seen only in linux 64 bit machine when both RDS and
DOORS in same machine.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • As per summary this is fixed in RDS 521 and DOOORS 9512 has RDS
521 ifix1 integrated.

    



Temporary fix


    

  • There is no workaround for this issue
