APAR status

Error description

• When attempting to launch IBM Rational DOORS 9.4 or later and
  using a 'flexid' license key in conjunction with a USB 'dongle,'
  DOORS will fail to launch with the following error:
  
  Invalid Host. The hostid of this system does not match the
  hostid specified in the license file
  
  At this time, the only workarounds are:
  1) Use DOORS 9.3 or earlier.
  2) Use a different key type (Authorized User, Server based
  floating, etc.)

Problem conclusion

• This issue has been fixed in RCL 8133 ifix02. DOORS product
  needs to adopt the licensing library from this ifix to resolve
  the dongle issue.
