APAR Error Description (unlimited lines of 64 chars): *************************************************************** Rational Developer for System z - RDz - v8.5.1 A right-click on a CARMA project or sub-project, no matter if is empty or not, will bring up an error message window due to a null pointer exception. Re-creation steps: . create a z/OS project . create a MVS sub-project, It doesn't matter if the z/OS project is empty or not. . share the project: select CARMA A right click on the project will give the error message: 'The selected resources could not be found. Would you like us to try to find them?' Clicking on the 'Yes' button will leave the message box open. *************************************************************** Local fix: A - to create a new CARMA z/OS Project, it is recommended to do it from the CARMA Repositories view with 'Extract into remote project' B - To be able to delete the projects having the problem: 1- shutdown RDz 2- make a backup of your workspace (copy c:\yourworkspace to c:\yourworspace.old) 3- get to directory c:\yourworkspace\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.core.resources\. projects 4- delete the folder wdz_proj_?your z/OS project with pb? (so for example if ZOSProjectA has the problem then delete folder :\yourworkspace\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.core.resources\ .projects\wdz_proj_ZOSProjectA) 5- restart RDz 6- Your project will still appear on the Enterprise explorer but you should now be able to right-click on it and delete it.
