• Problem
  value of oauth domain in friendsconfig.rdf is removed for every
  first login to DWA after startup
  
  To Reproduce
  - install DWA 9.5
  - install RQM 4.0.0 or 4.0.1
  - set up Consumer Inbound (QM) and Remote services in DOORS.
  Associate QM Project with DOORS ERS Services
  - start DWA and Jazz Server
  - log into DWA -? Everything is fine. Link can be created to
  RQM. Pls check friendsconfig.rdf if the value is set for line
  ?jfs:oauthDomain rdf:resource=''/?, in my example
  '?jfs:oauthDomain rdf:resource='https://felix3:9443/qm'/?'
  - stop DWA and JAzz Server
  - start DWA ? Jazz again and log into DWA -? check again
  friendsconfig.rdf -? you'll see that the value is removed for
  ?jfs:oauthDomain rdf:resource=''/?
  
  Expected Results
  value of oauth domain, e.g.'https://felix3:9443/qm' should be
  kept
  
  Actual Results
  value of oauth domain is removed after every first log in after
  DWA startup
  
  Possible Workarounds
  - start DWA and Jazz
  - log into DWA -? oauth domain value is removed again
  - log off DWA
  - open friendsconfig.rdf and set value for oauth domain manually
  - save file
  - log again into DWA and check file again
  
  Additional Notes
  - if the value of oauth domain is missing then its not possible
  to create OSLC links using DWA
  - also the hoover function will not pop up
  - internal server error CRCRW5065E is produced
  
  - everytime that the DWA components are started the oauth domain
  value is removed after the first log in to DWA
  - this value can be set manually and it works until DWA is
  restarted
