Problem conclusion

• When the user does substitution in POST data, RPT now
  correctly sets the data string in the substituter which
  allows it to correctly calculate the number of bytes it is
  substituting in the POST data at codegen time. The fix
  requires that the original (incorrect) substitution be
  replaced (by regenerating the test for example).
