Error description

  • When registering a remote service in DOORS, if value for OSLC
Version is chosen to be 'Auto-detect', the value defaults to 1.0
even if the providing application uses OSLC V2.

    Steps to reproduce:
    - Have a CLM 4.0.1 Setup
    - Configure RQM as a remote server
    - While choosing to Register the server, choose Auto-detect for
    OSLC Version drop-down.
    - After specifying all values in the Register Server dialog box,
    click on Register.
    - You'll notice that the version of OSLC as 1.0

This will still allow user to add Collaboration links, and
create links from DOORS or RQM. However, deletion of a link will
not be updated correctly in one of the applications.
For example, a link created in DOORS if deleted from RQM, the
backlink is not removed in DOORS.
Similarly, if a link is created in RQM and subsequently deleted
from DOORS, the backlink is not removed from RQM.

    Work-around:
    - Manually modify the entry under Server List in 'Remote
Services', to update the value for OSLC Version to be 2.0.
