Error description
Rational Developer for System z 8.0.3.4 - RDz - CARMA Endevor ADD Element request does not include Processor Group Name After APPLY of RDz PTF UK90246 (8.0.3.4), CARMA Endevor ADD Element request (API Call) does not include the Processor Group Name (PGN) that user input on client request. This problem only occurs when user selects option 'Submit as batch job' on client ADD ELEMENT dialog screen. The following message can be seen in the MSG3FILE in the Endevor Execution Report on the ADD ELEMENT request: C1G0265I PROCESSOR GROUP *NOPROC* FOR THIS ELEMENT WAS OBTAINED FROM PRIMARY ELEMENT TYPE If Endevor environment has default PGN, the default PGN will be included in message. Local Fix: Don't select 'Submit as batch job' on ADD ELEMENT request. This problem only occurs when ADD request is run in batch.

This is because TSO does not allow the creation of member names that start with a number.
Problem conclusion
01.The RDz Endevor RAM fails to include the processor group name when an Add Element request is submitted in batch mode and Bypass Generate Processor is selected 02.The RDz Endevor RAM is changed to adjust the temporary member name when the element name starts with a number. This is for the internal operation and does not affect the browse of the element.
