  Items with text in Russian language to Assets in IBM Rational
  Asset Manager results in unintelligible characters shown in the

  Steps to reproduce:
  
  1. Link Rational Asset Manager Assets to Rational Team Concert
  Work Items which contain headline/summary with Russian text
  2. Save/update the asset
  Result:
  The links are created but the test is displayed with square or
  question marks (unintelligible characters) instead of ythe
  actual summary text.
  
  Local fix:
  Using FireFox 10 or higher displays the characters correctly.
