• Problem Description:
  
  In German locale, running Module Compare Wizard gets all the
  text in Red Strikeout format.
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  
  1. On a machine with German locale machine
  2. Create a module with some objects and texts
  3. Baseline the module
  4. Add some changes to Object text and Object Heading
  5. Run the module compare wizard
  6. All the text in the Column created by the Wizard shows up in
  red, strikeout format. (please see the attached screenshot)
  
  The same shows up correctly in English locale.
