PM79724: IR link created from RTC to DOORS does not show info in 'IR Attrs view' after you 'sync Implementation Request' from DOORS

  Description:
  
  Implementation Request links created from RTC to DOORS, do not
  display the correct link info if you hoover on them in DOORS.
  And such links are not synced, when you run the Change
  Management ? Sync Implementation Requests.
  
  In the 'IR Attrs view' the information to the linked work item
  is not shown.
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  
  1. Configure DOORS RTC Integration with OSLC
  2. Create a 'Implement Requirement' from RTC work Item to DOORS
  Object from RTC
  3. Save the link.
  4. In DOORS you will see the link, when you hoover on it. it
  shows 'IR Task XX'
  5. Now go to  Change Management ? Sync Implementation Requests
  6. Now check the 'IR Attrs view', the above link info is not
  shown.
