Error description

• OSLC changes in DOORS for a configuration to RQM can prevent
  creating a link from DOORS to RQM.
  
  When the details for an OSLC server have been entered in DOORS,
  DOORS should be able to handle internal changes within that
  server as long as the server 1) continues to provide the same
  version of OSLC and 2) be identified via the same URI (e.g. root
  service URI) as was previously entered. DOORS should not be
  prone to changes of locations on the server such as a change to
  the service provider catalog URI if that URI is discoverable via
  the initial URI (e.g. the root service document).
  
  This issue appears in DOORS, but not in DWA, possibly because
  DOORS uses stored URLs in places where it could be using
  discovery instead. This would make it more vulnerable to changes
  in the configured system, and may have led to this problem.
