    APAR Error Description:
    Attempts to access 'Help' -? 'Generate Support Request' from
    within the eclipse platform integration results in error.
    
    Problem:
    The error message is attached (as screenshot). Generate Support
    Request from a standalone Rhapsody works fine.
    
    
    Observations:
    * Reinstalled and Installed the Rhapsody plugins from Eclipse.
    Didn't help.
    * Invoking GSR directly from the Supportinfo.exe works fine for
    the customer.
    * We believe that its the same exe which is Invoked in both the
    instances (Stand alone and Eclipse Platform Integration) But
    diffferent arguments passed. This could explain the difference
    in behaviour observed.
    
    
    Customer Observations:
    xml-file which is passed as argument is malformed. Open the
    attached file 'SupportInfo.xml. Go to line 91.
    
    There you see the opening ?Version? tag. The problem is, that
    whoever creates this SupportInfo.xml does not escape the values
    (in this case: ?DisplayValue? I guess somehow the rhapsody
    plugin is retrieving the information from eclipse, but the value
    has to be xml-encoded!
    
    
    
    Business Impact:
    Unable to create support request directly from Rhapsody platform
    integration
    
    
    
    Local fix:
    
    1] Access GSR from SupportInfo.exe directly
    
    2] Invoke Generate Support Request from standalone Rhapsody
