  The %INCLUDE directive does not use the syntax coloring
  preferences for the Compiler Directive.
  
  Recreation Steps:
  
  . open a PL/I program with PL/I Editor containing %INCLUDE
  statements,
  . open the Preferences panel,
  . go to PL/I>Editor>Syntax coloring
  . select Preprocessor statement and modify the default color
  
  The preview panel shows the right color for the %PREPROCESSOR
  STATEMENT.
  
  Then:
  . click Apply or Ok,
  The new setting is not taken into account in the Editor panel.
