PM77799: using RIF between different DOORS versions

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The documentation on RIF is not clear on the different versions
  of DOORS which are compatible with RIF exports.
  
  You are given two options in the export: ReqIF v 1.0 or RIF v
  1.2. I seemed to be able to make a RIF v 1.2 export and import
  it in older versions of DOORS all the way back to DOORS 9.2.0.5.
  I did not have the same success with the ReqIF v 1.0 export.
  These version compatibilities should be documented. There are
  some escalations out there that seem to say you should be only
  importing and exporting within the same version of the DOORS
  client. I'm not sure if this is true due to my tests. But if it
  is true, it should be explicitly documented.
