PM77542: Renaming an RSE connection doesn't automatically rename its associated CARMA connection

Error description

• APAR Error Description:
  Abstract:
  Rational Developer for System z v8.0.3.1, when renaming a Remote
  System Explorer (RSE) connection, RDz doesn't automatically
  rename the associated CARMA connection.
  There is also no warning when creating an RSE connection with
  the same name of an existing CARMA connection.
  
  Problem:
  1- create a new RSE connection (rseconn1) which results in a
  CARMA connection being automatically created (rseconn1)
  2- rename the RSE connection (to rseconn2): CARMA connection is
  not renamed accordingly
  3- create a new RSE connection named rseconn1: no warning
  indicating that a new CARMA connection cannot be created because
  one with the same name already exists.
  
  Local fix:
  CARMA connection can be renamed manually
