Error description

Two proxy servers with identical routing rule names causes the
most recent rule to overlap the older rule.

*                      not using the correct redirect URI.     *

If multiple proxy servers are defined, and each has defined a
redirect rule with the same name, then when the second proxy
server is started the redirect rule on the first proxy server
is getting overlayed with information from the redirect rule
from the second proxy server.

Problem conclusion

When the proxy server adds the redirect rule to the ODC
tree it will make sure it is added with a unique name so there
can be no conflict with routing rules defined on other proxy
servers.
The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.29, 8.0.0.6, and 8.5.0.2.  Please refer to the
