    The real-time syntax checker accepts the following PL/I
    statement
    
    FETCH entry-constant TITLE ( char-expr )
    
    only if the 'char-expr' is not a qualified name.

       RD/z incorrectly displayed warnings for PL/I fetch statements
    with qualified names in the title clause in an editor.S
    

Problem conclusion

    PROBLEM RESOLUTION:
      RD/z accepts qualified names in the title clause of fetch
    statements in PL/I programs as legal syntax.
    
    The problem listed in this APAR has been resolved with
    IBM Rational Developer for System z V8.0.3.4 Fix Pack which
    is available from the Recommended Fixes support download page:
