Error description
Erractic behavior when trying to select a View from the Views drop down list in DOORS Formal Module only on Windows 2008 Server R2. Due to this behavior the end users will not be able to select the View that they intend to. Consider a Module which has quite a lot of Views, so that a scroll bar comes up in the Views drop down. It is equally important to have long names for the Views, so that the name of the View extends the default display size in the Views drop down. With such a setup, if you click on the drop down of the Views and try selecting a View whose name extends the default display size of the list (i.e for which a tip with full name gets displayed). You would observe that such a View cannot be selected and the selection gets defaulted back to the View which is currently loaded in the Module. The same behavior is not seen if tried on Windows XP or Windows 7 OS and is seen only on Windows 2008. Workaround: Use Keyboard Up-Down arrow keys instead of Mouse pointers or Touchpads.
