Error description

• There are issues with how Green Hat Tester handle subscription
  to MQ.  There is also a separate issue with timeouts and
  stopping MQ.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * Tests that read messages from a MQ Queue using a 'Subscribe' *
  * test action can wait too long for a message, appearing to    *
  * 'hang' for a longer time than the timeout that was           *
  * configured on the test action. Following this extended       *
  * delay, if a message does then arrive on the queue it can     *
  * sometimes fail to be processed by the test action. The       *
  * problem is intermittent, but particularly common when the    *
  * queue in question has not been used earlier in the test.     *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  * GH Tester users should upgrade to GH Tester 5.4.0.21 or      *
  * above. Rational Integration Tester users should upgrade to   *
  * Rational Integration Tester 8.0.1.3 or above.                *

Problem conclusion

• GH Tester 5.4.0.21 contains a fix for this issue. The same fix
  was included in Rational Integration Tester 8.0.1.3 and Rational
  Integration Tester 8.5.0.
