Error description

• If a FIX server becomes unpresponsive attempting to publish a
  message to it results in the test hanging.  It is possible to
  stop the test using the red stop button in the GUI.

Problem conclusion

• In Rational Integration Tester 8.5.1.1 the FIX transport
  configuration allows the user to express a timeout to be used
  when attempting to publish a message.  The default value for new
  transports is 15 seconds, existing transports will have no
  timeout set.
