APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If an unmanaged attribute was renamed and you review an RCR
  containing new requirements which was submitted prior to the
  attribute being renamed then you will see a DXL error:
   -R-E- DXL: ?addins/synergy/apply/ecpsapplyutils.inc:2220?
  unknown Object attribute
  This failure is expected, but it should fail more gracefully.
