Error description

• Unable to add comments on the discussion in DOORS created by
  DWA.
  
  Configuration:
  DOORS DDBS/Client 9.4
  DWA 1.5.0.0
  Windows 7 32 bit
  IE 8
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
   - open the module in DWA review mode
   - Select an object, on the discussion tab select new discussion
  
   - fill in 'Summary' and ' Comment' fields and click the green
  arrow to save this.
   - In DOORS, select the same object and Discussions from the
  menu options?View Object discussions
   - Add comment?Submit
   - Receive message 'This discussion includes a comment on
  modified data. Please reload the module before proceeding.'
   - You cannot submit a comment on this discussion
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Unable to add comments in DOORS on discussions created by DWA.
  

Problem conclusion

• Problems with the DWA interop converting times meant that the
  times are being created in the past.
  

Temporary fix

• Upgrade to 9.5 or newer.
  

Comments

• This happens in versions of DOORS prior to DOORS 9.5.1.2
