PM69480: documentation migration links are faulty for v7/v8 and v9 migration

Error description

• When following the link in the documentation for v9.x to v9.4
  migration, you are actually taken to the page for migration from
  v7 and v8.
  
  In the attached screenshot you will see that the path shown at
  the top of the left hand pane is not the same as the indicated
  path in the left hand pane.
  
  This is possibly caused by the fact that there are 2 pages with
  the same title.
