Error description

• In some instances, when the DOORS Module has a EMF pictures in
  it, scrolling through the Module pops up a message:
  'An EMF picture in this module might not be visible if the
  module is exported. Reopening the module might resolve this
  issue'
  
  However, when the Module is exported, it is found that all the
  information is getting exported without loss of the EMF picture.
  
  This behavior of DOORS causes confusion and hinders smooth
  scroll through of the Module for the end users. Hence, this
  message needs to be disabled.
  

Local fix

Problem summary
