  Steps to Reproduce:
  
  a) Create a Matrix Layout
  b) Open the 'Cell Element Types' tab in the Features Dialog
  c) It gives an option to select multiple cells
  d) Click on 'Apply' after multiple selection of elements
  
  It results in an error.
  
  Rhapsody should either disallow users to select more than one
  option in the first place. A Radio button in place of the check
  box will help.
