Error description

• Summary:
  Rhapsody performance issue: Set As Active Project
  
  
  Description:
  Initially the customer had a performance issue with the opening
  and closing of project. It was handled with Escalation ID:
  RATLC02598180. A fix pack was provided for the same and it
  helped the customer in addressing his issue.
  
  Now, the customer has difficulty in the performance of Rhapsody
  when switching over projects using the functionality 'Set As
  Active project'.
  
  
  
  Business Impact:
  It is a big issue because to change some items takes at least 30
  Minutes, or about 60min to switch between projects. It is very
  unlikely to get a ROI out of the tool usage in this environment.
