Error description

  • Rational Developer for System z - RDz - v8.0.3.2
    When a declare statement contains the LIKE keyword, the content
    assist doesn't work for that declaration.
    For example:

    test: PROC OPTIONS(FETCHABLE);
    dcl   1 works     UNAL,
          5 field1    CHAR(10),
          5 field2    CHAR(10);

    dcl   1 doesntwork UNAL LIKE works;

    If you enter 'works.' and hit CTRL+Space, you will be prompted
    with:
     works.field1
     works.field2

    While if you enter 'doesntwork.' and hit CTRL+Space, no proposal
    will show up.
