Error description

• Rational Developer for System z - RDz - v8.0.3.2
  User has JCL that contains a substitution character of the
  Yen '?'.
  If  user submits JCL in a PCOMM session it works.
  However, if this job is submitted while open in a RDz
  editor then it is not transferred correctly and fails with:
  IEFC602I Unidentifiable character ? on the Proc Statement
  
  Recreation Steps:
   Set host codepage to  IBM-930,  workstation
  codepage to CP943 , and  use the Yen as a substitute
   in the PROC statement.
  
   For example:
  
  //DT@CICS PROC SUFFIX=1?,
  //           INDEX=DFHECP
  
  Expected Behavior:
  //TRN  PGM=DFHECP?SUFFIX
  
  will be substituted in jcl as:
  //TRN PGM=DFHECP1$
