PM63484: Implicit Object from Directed Composition relation disappears after restarting Rhapsody

Error description

• When a directed composition is drawn from one object to another
  in a block definition diagram in Rhapsody, and it is named the
  same as another directed composition (by creating an implicit
  object from one of the compositions), then once Rhapsody is
  restarted, the implicit object composition will have been
  removed from the diagram.

Problem conclusion

• Simple scenarion
  In SysML draw block A ? B and a direct composition between.
  From composition menu select "Create Implict Object".
  Save and reload -? composition disappear.
  
  The defect is not the disappearing of the realtion on reload
  but its remainig after "Create Implict Object". Following
  "Create Implict Object" block A has no relation with block B
  and therefore the relation should be erased. On reload the
  relation is being validate, and because its invalid it is
  being erased.
