PM62868: DXL available via Tools;DXL Library... menu isn't updated when using new DXL home and addins paths

Rational DOORS Fix Pack 1 (9.4.0.1) for 9.4

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If you enable DXL security and specify new addins and DXL home
  paths all DXL access points seem to be updated except the DXL
  library available via Tools;DXL Library...
  
  If you use this menu entry you will be able to run the local
  copies of the DXL (which you can potentially maliciously
  modify).
  
  
  To recreate:
  
   - as the Administrator specify new addins and DXL library paths
  in the database properties
   - move your local addins and DXL library into those locations
  to make them valid
   - modify the DXL of either the local or remote copies so you
  can determine which is being run (e.g. by modifying the message
  in lib\dxl\addins\user\fn.dxl)
   - restart your client and open a formal module
   - select Tools;DXL Library then under 'User-defined DXL
  library' double-click 'User Function'
   - observing the message you will see that it is the local copy
  which is being run.
