Error description

• The number of '?' and '?' keeps increasing automatically, when
  they are used to enclose hyperlinks or network paths which have
  a space in their address.
  
  Steps to reproduce the issue.
  
  1) Open a module in DOORS
  2) Enter any hyperlink or network path with space in it and
  enclose it with angular braces.
  e.g ?http://my sample website.com?
  3) Save the module and we can see that the number of angular
  braces increases.
  
  The same behaviour is observered if we enter the data in below
  method
  
  1) Right click on object --? Properties
  2) Enter the data in Object text or Object heading field
  3) Click on 'Apply' and the number of angular braces increases.
  
  NOTE: This behaviour is observed only for hyperlinks and network
  paths which has a space in between. For normal text data there
  is no issue.

Problem conclusion

• This is a problem with the Microsoft RichTextControl and
  changes have been made to correct the problem
