  Rhapsody 7.6.1?s schema does not provide a node for extracting
  the elements in the scope of a component. There is
  'ScopeElements' node in the 'Configuration' node but that does
  not seem to work either, when trying to extract the elements in
  the scope of a component. Even if the node in the
  'Configuration' would have worked, this node should be present
  for a 'Component' and not a 'Configuration' as 'Scope' is
  associated with a component and not a configuration.
