PM59947: Rdz Copy to RAM at PDS Level shows successful even when no members copied

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• There is a PDS level under a SubProject with none of the members
  of the PDS associated to CARMA.
  From the O/S Project View, if you right click on that PDS level
  and select 'Team' -> 'Copy to RAM', a pop-up box display
  indicates 'Operation Successful' even though nothing has
  happened.
  
  The users would expect either a message indicating nothing was
  copied or not allowing the attempt if there are no eligible
  members.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Copy To RAM could be run when no members were to copy, and
  returned successful.
  

Problem conclusion

• Copy to RAM is now disabled if there are no members to copy.
  The same is true for Replace With->Latest from RAM.
  
  The problem listed in this APAR has been resolved with
  IBM Rational Developer for System z V8.0.3.2 Fix Pack which
  is available from the Recommended Fixes support download page:
