Error description

In the On-Demand Router (ODR) / Proxy tier routing rules can be
configured to redirect requests without the initial request
ever making it to the back end tier.  when this occurs the 302
response is not logged.

When the Proxy/ODR are configured to return a redirect
response, response code 302, those responses are not being
logged in the local access log, local.log.

Problem conclusion

The code has been changed to correctly write an entry in the
local.log for redirect responses that are returned directly
from the Proxy/ODR server.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.25 and 8.0.0.4.  Please refer to the
