Error description

• Using RDz API, a IPhysicalFile and a ILogicalFile will be both
  browsed using the default editor defined using the file
  association preference.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• MVSPhysicalEditorOpener.browse(file) had hard-coded LPEX as the
  editor to use rather than determining the default editor.
  

Problem conclusion

• The behavior is now exactly like double-clicking the file in the
  UI.   If the file has never been opened before it opens the file
  using the default editor set in
  Windows->Preferences->General->Editors->File Associations.
  Otherwise, it opens the file using the same editor last used to
  open the file, regardless of what the default is set to.
  The problem listed in this APAR has been resolved with
  IBM Rational Developer for System z V8.0.3.2 Fix Pack which
  is available from the Recommended Fixes support download page:
