PM54889: Intoduced in 9.3.0.6 Manually typing in 'Location' field in DB Mgr returns error

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Defect introduced in DOORS 9.3.0.6
  
   - Start a DOORS client
   - In the DB Mgr window manually type in the name of a Project
  in this DB
   - Hit Enter
   - DOORS returns error 'Invalid URL: missing database
  host:port.'
  
  Selecting project names from the 'Location' drop down still
  works as expected.
