PM54701: Two Scroll Bars on IR Submit Window

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When trying to Submit an IR from a DOORS module , the pop up
  window that comes up has two scroll bars.
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  
  - With a module configured for Requirements Implementation, try
  to Submit a IR for an Object.
  - Notice the Scroll bar on the Pop Window that comes to Submit
  the IR.
  - Minimize or Resize the Window to see another Scroll bar that
  shows up on the window.

Problem conclusion

• This is happening because the DOORS window that is showing
  the submit screen is resizable and has a scroll bar, and the
  html control inside has it's own.  Fixed this by making the
  outer DOORS window fixed size.
  

Temporary fix

• This issue occurs in versions of DOORS prior to DOORS 9.4
