PM53297: Applied stereotypes do not appear within the feature dialog window

Error description

• 1. launch Rhapsody and open a new project
  
  2. Add a package and a File in this package.
  
  3. Open the feature window for the added file and add your own
  stereotype (say; Stereotype_0) .
  
  4. From the Stereotype drop down, select the newly added
  stereotype and the Task stereotype (Predefined one) and then
  click OK.
  
  5.  You notice that within the rhapsody browser, you will notice
  both the selected stereotypes. However within the feature dialog
  of the added file, you don't
