Error description

The custom jvm properties "timeout" and "write_timeout" used
to set timeouts for JAX-RPC http connections might not take
effect if the values specified are less than 300 seconds.

A logic flaw existed where the JVM properties "timeout"
and "write_timeout" could be ignored if their value was less
than 300 seconds.

Problem conclusion

Code has been modifed to support "timeout" and "write_timeout"
JAX-RPC jvm properties less than 300 seconds.

APAR PM53027 is currently targeted for inclusion in Service
Level (Fix Pack) 7.0.0.23 of WebSphere Application Server V7.0.
and Fix Pack 8.0.0.4 of WebSphere Application Server V8.0.
